Hi chaps and possibly chapesses,

I have a SOH46 on OR, and was a bit bored and was wondering about getting a bracelet for it and thought I'd ask about what my options are for it. I love the OR, but in this hot weather it makes my wrist sweat!

I've seen one with the mesh bracelet and IMHO it looks ghastly, so that's out. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Any thoughts appreciated.

That's the only bracelet. The problem with trying to retrofit a pilot / navi / pro II will be the end links. You might be able to find an aftermarket bracelet that has straight end links (like the Ocean Classic).

You may be able to get away with a Speed bracelet off a Motors as they have straight cut end links and are 24mm wide. My only advice would be - try before you buy, as it'd be a costly mistake if it doesn't fit quite right!! :shock:

Cheers guys, I might give it a shot. So, can I just walk into my local AD and ask them to take the OR off and fit the Speed so I can see what it's like? Interesting.......

Crikey! Been doing a bit of digging around on the internet and over $1000!!! I think I'll stick with the OR!

I've got the Speed bracelet but not the SOHC, so it'd be even more costly for me to try it!

One more sliightly unsavoury question, if I may.

The OR, as I said before, makes my wrist sweat, especially now in the hot weather we are having in the UK. If I have the SOH on for a longish time, the sweatiness makes it smell slightly. Is there any way around this?

Oh the temptation.........

I'm not aware of any way to prevent it, just need to wash the strap I guess.
