Trying to find history?data on this particular model. what is its relationship to Chronomat/

Not really much to tell. The Crosswind was one of the more upmarket of the Windrider range of watches - the same range as the Chronomat, but not realted. The Crosswind Racing was introduced towards the end of the Crosswind's life in 2003 and wasn't particularly successful, possibly because it looked very similar to the Chronomat. When the Chronomat was revamped as the Chronomat Evolution in 2005 all of the Crosswinds disappeared - probably as some rationalisation of the Windrider range.
