I've not seen the particular variant you mention, however Breitling have made many many different dial-logo-based LE's over the years, so in most cases they don't actually command a premium over a standard model, despite being an LE.
Assuming it's basically a Chrono Avenger 69, just with a dial logo, the movement will be the B69 which is essentially a Piguet MecaQuartz 1271. The 1271 is a hybrid of a quartz base movement with a mechanical rattrapante complication. Quite an interesting movement for what it is, although it's not thermo-compensated, so it's not SuperQuartz. I'm amazed it's still running after 15 years with no battery change however, as the lifespan is usually around 4-5 years!
