I keep my chronomat evolution in a orbita sparta watch winder but what i would like to know is should i still wind the crown on it every now and then even though the winder keeps it running? Thanks.

Well that depends.....

The movement needs 800 turns per day to keep it wound, so if that's what it's getting on the winder then no issue, if it's getting less then it will need 'topping up'. That said, it's an automatic, you can't hurt it by winding it manually as much as you want.
