well mine is lost (an old watch given as a gift), and i'm trying to find a replacement. is anything wrong with the question?
Nothing at all wrong with the question. However, unless someone here owns one, along with a pair of measuring calipers, then finding out the exact size may be difficult.
But to be honest, you're alwaye going to be better off going direct to Breitling and getting them to fit a replacement for you, as Breitling do not sell parts to the public. Additionally the A53040 is a new enough watch to warrant a genuine Breitling replacement instead of a generic crown IMO.
