Quite a few older threads on this, basically it's not economically viable. Breitling will charge you for the dial and for a full service, for current / recent models you are looking at well over $1,000. It works out a little more reasonable for much older models (think 15 years or so) because Breitling seems to charge less for the dials. Your most cost effective option is to sell / trade your current one and buy a new one with the dial colour that you want.
