Hello! I am planning a trip to northern Europe during winter and would like to know if it is perfectly safe to wear my Breitling Montbrillant in cold countries like Finland and Iceland. I am assuming it's safe as the watch is made in Switzerland, which gets pretty cold in winter too and the watch will be on my wrist so there's body heat. Has anyone had any experience, especially with watches rated only at 3 bars?

It will be fine. The temperature of the watch will vary very little as it is on your wrist. Don't bury it in a block of ice, but also don't worry about wearing it.
