Anyone any idea how much I should allow for a SOH 38mm replacement bezel??

I don't know where you are based, but your best bet would be to contact your local Breitling service centre - BUSA if you're in the States, BUK in the UK, etc. Contact details are on the Breitling website.

But be advised, Breitling won't sell you just the part as they'll insist on fitting it.
