Quick update: I took it to the Boutique in NYC. The watch maker, Jonathan, was very helpful and patient. He noted that the watch date turned at 11:45pm. He said that 15 minutes was too early for the date change so he recommended that he send the watch to CT for in-warranty repair. Long story short, all my hands are being replaced and realigned. Overall, a great Breitling Boutique experience.
