Im new on this forum,nice Community going here!
Im a big fan of Breitling and I have a few.
This is my problem:
In 2004 I bought Breitling EM.
A few days ago I found out that the first maintenance is free.
There is two Official dilerships in Serbia. The first one where I bought my EM is closing so I went to the other diler.
They sad they are going to check the information if the first maintenance.After a few day they sad that the traveling expences of the watch
are not free and that it is 400 Euros that is about 500 US Dolars.The lady working in the store didnt even know what is the Emergency so she
called her boss.After a few days they called me and asked me for my SN of the watch.After that they didnt call I presume that they find that
the traveling expences of the watch are free for that first maintenance.So is it true?

I think it varies from country to country, but as the watch needs to go to Breitling SA in Switzerland you can likely ship it yourself for less.
