Hi there,
Does anyone know of any decent watchmakers/jeweller's around the Essex UK area, who are able to regulate a Navi? mine was running 6 seconds slow for the last year running up to the warranty expiry date, so just before the 2 years were up, I sent away to BUK for regulation. They were great, and I received the watch back within a couple of weeks, no problem. Trouble is, although it was fine on return (running slow by 2 secs) 6 weeks later it's now running 15 seconds fast!!. Although I suppose the right thing to do would be to send it back to BUK, when speaking to them during the previous return, they said that all warranty work would always be accomplished within 2 weeks, but repair work could take considerably longer. As the warranty has now expired, the question is, are general watch dealers or jewellers as reputable as BUK engineers, and if so, where can I find a good one. Any suggestions would be much appreciated from you guys.
