Are you thinking of buying it Paul? I don't have any docs in front of me, but are you sure it's right? Obviously need to get model and serial numbers, but the story on the case is a bit odd (although the case appears somewhat Breitlingesque). The crown looks off, and I'm not sure about the caseback either. That said, you know more than me. In Roff style I would have to call the price 'optimistic' |

Not thinking of buying for sure. Looks like a South American project to me. Seller must have some clue because he doesn't show the movement. The size is also wrong too for an early model. I guess it does show the movement. The picture didn't load up for me the first time. Looks like a Venus 150 but probably too early for that case and crown design. Paul |

Paul That's a relief, I was starting to wonder which of us had lost our minds! ![]() I'm not sure that my attempt at a diplomatic response was really that diplomatic either. |

No serial number, the dial with the 'B' wouldn't have the same 'B' in Breitling below it. The bezel is wrong but it's "100% unmolested." Looks like a redone Wittnauer to me. You can see from the colour that the bridge isn't original to the movement (or at least has been shaved). Currently sitting at $0.01 - seems about right. |

FAKE! You would at least think if they went to this much trouble that they would have put the right style of signature on the dial. Craig |

Ok, it sold for $533. Hope the new owner doesn't show up here. ![]() Paul |

One more thing I didn't notice earlier that is always good for a laugh - the dial has a 30 minute counter but the movement has a 45 minute counter wheel! Craig |
