Movement, case, and dial look signed. Is this the real deal or a frankenwatch?

Most of the pictures of Cadette chronos I've seen have Cadette written underneath Breitling up at the top of the dial.

The Cadette location is fine, and the movement is a VEnus 188 which is correct for the 1188. Serial number dfates it to 1950 and it should be a 45 minute subdial - no way of knowing of course.

I don't like it much though for two main reasons:

1) The caseback doesn't look 60 years old - alarm bells immediately.
2) The Breitling engraving on the bridge looks completely wrong - I'd be amazed if it was original

I also think the crown's a replacement, but that's minor.
