Hello Breitling Watch friends!
In further investigating my 804, I had my watchmaker remove the dial and tell me what he saw written on the back.
Here is what he wrote down:
0632 w3 but the "w3" looks like this:

(sorry for the crude drawing ;))
Does anyone know what this marking means? A "WB" for Willy Breitling perhaps???
Thanks in advance,
Tom

Never come across this before - I can guess that the 0632 is a reference number for the dial, but your guess is as good as mine on the initials

If this were a movement signature, watch-wiki.de has a list of a lot of them

here are the "B" and "W"

...and very interesting but this not a movement signature but a dial manufacturer's signature, a la "Singer," "Beyeler," etc.
Thanks again,
T.
