Have a look at this and voice your opinion.

I like the look of this and want to go for it, BUT the close up of the face makes me think is a little dodgy.

The letters are not level and it just doesn't look right.

Looks a little expensive too, but its what I like so might be worth it, if its a real one!
Thanks.

Well as long as we are voicing opinions... It's ugly.

There are so many different dial combos of these things I hate voicing an opinion on whether these are right or wrong, but from what I see it's OK.

Having siad that it breaks the Roff rules - no caseback photo showing model and serial numbers and no movement photos - could be a quartz in there for all we know.

If it is right, price is about what I'd expect from a dealer - there should be some negotiating room there.

...dial at least is 100% correct. Also agree that there are a bewildering array of dial layouts for these late 60s/early 70s Breitling chronos.
Best,
T.

Without wanting to promote him, FGM-Real Invest always has an enourmous of interesting watches an is a trusted reseller on Chrono24, he is the same shop as the "Breitling-museum" the "Powersells-net" on EBay.

I don't particularly like this Datora but seems in good shape and it's a reasonible price

I agree with you on what FGM sells, but he also knows better. Why is someone who knows their buisness that well not showing the caseback or the movement?

Guess I'm alone in quite liking this one then! It's too small for me, but design wise I quite like these late '60's early '70's designs.

Actually I quite like some of these as well, and as the collection has expanded so I've come to like them more simply because they are different from the norm.
