Post subject:  My 18K Gold Chronomat
I found this pic today of one of my collection that spends most of its time in my safe. I'm glad I bought this 5 years ago because I couldn't afford it now. It's on its 3rd original dial - the best one I could find. They don't come up very often in 18K gold and my guess is that its probably worth at least $4000.00 today. I consider it a real prize. Beautiful Craig - and don't sell it short - I would pay $4k in a heartbeat and think I had got a bargain. Prices have settled slightly with the economy, but I would seriously consider going to $5,000 for an original piece with a good history - and of course the closer you get to 1942 the higher the price goes, especially pre '46.

What year is this one?
