The ref 790 was from the 1950s. Yours has a gold case but the dial looks to have been painted over. The applied B logo is uncommon. Maybe try to find a replacement dial? |

https://www.joseph-watches.com/ is a good place to look - often has a wide variety of vintage dials but need to contact them as I'm not sure how accurate their inventory is. I can suggest eBay too of course . Other than that its watch forums but collectors and watchmakers tend to not sell their parts. |
