Hello,

I recently bought this watch from a son of a watch shop owner.

Could you help identify the exact year and model, I know there is diferrent Mark as the years gone by. What movement is it ? Winding or automatic?

I started wearing it and after I wind it the 40 times clockwise, after like an hour it stops. I assume it needs some servicing, correct? Or is it something more serious?

it is a Mk2, 1967 or later
there is a 7-digit serial on the caseback under the model reference 810, this would tell us the precise year

Hello,

The serial is 1137994, which year can it be ?

I got it to an independent repair shop and got a 460€ repair cost, does it sound too much ? Not into repair costs on mechanical watches.

It isn't serviced for a long time for sure.
