I could use some expert help understanding if the Chronomat dial in the attached image is authentic.

In reviewing many photos online, I noticed that the slide rule on this watch does not have several common features marked in red; "S" at the 3.6 location, "minutes" at the 6 location, an 'H' at the 10 location, and 1/5 at the 1.8 location. The face also has a red Swiss cross by the patent sign versus the more common black cross.

Were these variations in the early Chronomat models as originally printed by Breitling, or has the dial potentially been replaced?

Cheers

It’s a reprint.
