Here's the front and back. This is all the info I have. If anyone can provide a link to more detailed info, that would be great.

I'm not convinced it's a fake. The dial looks period correct for around late 1940's to early 1950's and the reference number of 189/19 is close to one in Richter's book of 199/19 (round case, small second). Just because it's not in the book doesn't mean it's a fake. You'd really need a look inside for a serial number and any branding to confirm it's genuine though.

I agree with Paul. I don’t think this it’s necessarily fake.

I said fake because I would expect a serial number on the outside case back, not inside (although I know exceptions exist) Also (although I know correct ones exist) incabloc or jewel counts on a dial aren’t good signs. But a good rummage around the inside is always a good idea.

This generation of three hand watches is difficult to pin down because there are many variations or case and dial design. Serial numbers can be on the outside or inside of the back cover. The dial looks 100% ok to me and the 'Incabloc' was displayed on the dials of some of them in various locations. Not a valuable piece even if original but collectible if you're into three hands. ;-)

same, assume we'd find a correct serial inside, dial & hands look perfectly fine
