Hello
My name is Rene , I am (still) a vintage addict and I was was wondering what was going on in the vintage world today
Forum seems slow ? (Not many exiting new buys , discoveries , investigations or controversy topics ?)

Hows everyone doing ? (Crowd goes wild like its a rock concert) ?

Seriously , hope everyone is still around and having a blast

Never did I think I'd see a post from Dracha starting with "Hello. My name is Rene..."!

Been watching you on svbluepearl but you haven't posted in a while. I assume you are selling the boat to move onto something different/bigger and continue the journey, or are you headed back?

My buying/collecting has really slowed down. Auctions were closed for a while, and to be fair i haven't seen too much that I wanted. Fred seems to scoop all the good stuff :D

Forum is slow - much of the posting these days is on Facebook and IG - great for showing off but rubbish for discussion, real information, or searching archives. I hope Breitlingsource remains forever or we vintage collectors would be lost!.

Dave

Agreed, all the "action" these days seems to be on Facebook and Instagram. Of course, when hard questions need answering, seems the forums are still the places to come.

PS, how is the travel going Rene? I see the occasional picture from you with blue skies, palm trees and clear water.
