Quick question. Is this dial a late 810 transition dial before the 815 Long Playing? It looks like a hybrid of the two dials. I’ve never seen one and it looks interesting. The watch says 810 on the caseback.

It’s an 815 dial and an 815 handset.

815 dials came with the words “Top Time” on the dial?
So this watch is a franken?
Its being sold by an extremely reputable dealer as an original 810

Fair point. Service dial then but still clearly an 815 dial from the radial finish. And 815 hands. Franken. Not the first time that site listed questionably items IMO.

Thank you for the information. I had no idea 815 service dials came with top time printed on them. The subdials and hands and sunburst dial are all the same as 815. The words top time threw me off because 815 are said to not technically be top times but instead long playings. I’ve seen him sell some watches with incorrect crowns and redials but for the most part he does a great job.
