All your main hands are wrong (as well as the sub hands previously stated) See my photo for the correct Hour and Minute hands. The hands on the other example you show are also incorrect (lume area to wide with noticeably squared off base). On your watch they are to thin and pointy.
With regards to finding a correct set of syringe hands for an ‘all black’ 806, I would unfortunately say that it is going to be very difficult...

My judgement with respect to the dial, is that it has been relumed.

Lume looks a bit strange, and it’s simply too clean compared to the patinated dial.
