Post subject:  Three questions on the 810 Top Time Mark 1.1

I've admired this model for a long time and hope people here can answer a few questions I have on it.

1. Can anyone point me to a picture of an example with a completely unpolished case? I have one that I assume has seen a light polish at some point, but I'm not 100% sure since I don't actually know what the case/lugs would have originally looked like.

2. Are there any books that include this watch, for instance the Richter book (which I do not yet own)?

3. What box (or boxes?) would this watch have originally come in? I've looked through the thread here on vintage boxes but wasn't able to determine it.

Thank you very much in advance for the help. Here's a picture of my 810 for good measure.

This article has a picture of a very nice Mark 1.1 and general description of models. Starts about half way through. Might be helpful.
