Hi,
I own Breitling Top Time from 60s. Watch keeps stopping from time to time even though it’s fully winded. Small second hand just stops, once I activate chronograph by pressing a pusher, the watch and small second starts to work again. What can caused that? Easy adjustment?

Get it serviced. Have you ever had it serviced?

Sounds like something had come out of alignment then in the movement. All these issues result in the same endpoint - need to take it to a watchmaker....
