answered above, it is the 13 lignes variation of the 14 lignes cal. 175.
the missing signature isn't the issue, the unrecognized case is.

One last dumb question lol, now is this just a chrongraph or is this a chronograph with a tachy telemeter?

tachy- or telemeter, just als pulsations or decimal are dial variations only, no functional difference..
this dial has both tachy- and telemeter "tracks", as you can see

Ok watchfred i see, i have found version with same case at one point found exact watch same face everything black etc but when i went back it was sold . shame really didnt save info sooner. Guy dated it to late 30s. Said airforce etc, cant remember if it had airforce markings or not but guy was in europe i think.

Ok thanks for clarifying the tachy thing as i see sometimes them referred that way so wanted to be sure which way to address it lol so i guess just chrongraph is fine, the tachy telemeter thing must just be added to get a few bucks more lol

it is a chronograph WITH a tachy- and telemeter dial.
