Hi guys! I'm new on this forum, I'm writing from Italy. I want to restore an Old Navitimer II ref. A13020 and I have to change the dial; I went to the official dealers of my city and they said me that this kind of replacement is done only at the factory and that they will keep my current dial in exchange for the new one. Is this the only way to change the dial? I tried to buy on the web the correct dial based on the reference but I found nothing . Is there compatibility with different ref. (like 13022, for example)?
