Cheers I know for sure that Willy Breitlings official supplier of Mesh back then, was Moblot - and Moblot signed. You can see my mesh here, next to the original Cosmonaute ad from app 1962, same watch same mesh. https://www.instagram.com/p/BjeCfPYHKmA ... ko2og67bhk You already know my opinion about the curved end B signed mesh bracelets, so no reason to repeat myself. Best of luck finding one, if it’s a Moblot you are looking for, it’s not gonna be easy. If it’s the “other one” I have no idea about where to look, simply because they never caught my interest. just before anyone gets too excited, these are actually not identical. In the advert you will see a solid steel strip at the end of the strap between the lugs. My Moblot bracelets don't have that. |

My Moblot bracelets don't have that. The ones you show are all over, eBay etc. My best guess is, that they are being made under some kind of license somewhere. I have seen a lot of brand new (sellers call them NOS) JB Champion and Speidel bracelets, stamped “made in Hong Kong”. But all of the above are my personal observations, if u have another opinion, then u should definitely go by that. Kurt B http://www.kurt-b.com |
