Hello everyone,, I recently had an old Breitling 800 ( Calibre Venus 175) in for repair and when I came to fit the case back together I was somewhat puzzled as to how to refit the rotating bezel. There is a ring that clips into the front edge of the case & the bezel drops neatly over the ring but there I am stumped as there does not appear to be any way of attaching the said pieces together. This is one of my trade repairs & I am wondering if there was anything missing before it was sent to me? Any comments appreciated. |

Hi not wanting to appear too ignorant but do you mean an 808 rather than an 800? Also what is an inferno slot machine? I had an 808 that the bezel did not seem to fit together with the case and thought there was a piece missing but in fact the bezel was upside down and the previous owner had put a replacement glass in on the upside down bezel. Once I had worked that out, taken out the glass,turned the bezel over then it fitted together perfectly. The new glass (larger than the old one) goes in last to hold the bezel together. |
