Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help out with any info on this watch. According to the serial number, it is from 1948 and my father received it as an engagement gift in '52. It was purchased from a well known, reputable jeweller in Perth, Western Australia. It's in terrible shape, I know, but it still runs!
The face has "Incabloc" under Breitling at the top and "Waterproof" "17 Jewels" below center.

little to add here - watch is authentic, a ref. 111, but a restoration is unrealistic will cost a multiple of market value for an example in decent condition.
if it has sentimental value for you and you want to wear it, leave it cosmetically as is, try to find a close fit for the missing hand & have it serviced (maybe change the crown),
