Those hour and minute hands aren't from 1969 but service hands, which Ralph bought from me about a year ago for 60 Euros. He bought two sets. The older/vintage hands are open at the tips. Sorry Steve! |

They look correct to me... exactly the same as the original brochure. |

That catalog you show is from 1970's. The early version of hands had the tips open, just like the photo Fred posted. But if you are happy with the hands, I am happy for you. |

correct, the closed hands are a later execution, introduced ca. 1971/72 according to catalogs. BUT: please remember that case serials refer to the year of case production, not the assembly & finishing of watches, the 1969 cases were used until the later 1970s |
