Those hour and minute hands aren't from 1969 but service hands, which Ralph bought from me about a year ago for 60 Euros. He bought two sets. The older/vintage hands are open at the tips.

They look correct to me... exactly the same as the original brochure.

That catalog you show is from 1970's. The early version of hands had the tips open, just like the photo Fred posted. But if you are happy with the hands, I am happy for you.

correct, the closed hands are a later execution, introduced ca. 1971/72 according to catalogs.
BUT: please remember that case serials refer to the year of case production, not the assembly & finishing of watches, the 1969 cases were used until the later 1970s
