Haven't seen it before, but I think it is legit.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BREITLING-MILITAR ... 240%3A1318 I wonder how many of these were produced and what military units had them. I read somewhere that it's from the 80's but I believe this has a B57 so I don't think that's true. |

This is one of those models that causes confusion because there isn't much documented. I'm not familiar with the movements first hand, but there is disagreement as to whether it's a B50 movement with an unknown, possibly Miyota, base or a B57 with an ETA 955.412. There isn't much documented about the B50 - I suspect because Breitling doesn't publicly acknowledge producing watches with non Swiss movements, although they certainly did for a short period. |
