Post subject: | Is This Box Correct? |
Good morning all. I am interested in knowing if this box is correct for this watch and era? To the best of anyone’s knowledge, was it a case back then, as it is today, that resellers had stocks of boxes sent seperately from the watches and the dealer often mixed and matched them to watches at their discretion? If so, what years might this box have been used and what range of watches available at that time might it have been matched to? So far I have seen this with the pictured Navitimer with warranty dated 1966 and also a Top Time dated 1968. ![]() |
