Well, as the old saying goes, even a broken watch is correct twice a day.

Looks like a freshly painted redial and the fact that it has a combination of wrong numbers and no correct numbers on the back cover would make it a non-player for me. I don't see how anyone can make a proper determination without seeing the movement. Would be interesting to see what it looks like as fakes usually have the Breitling name in script added to the rotor. Have seen a few of these starting to pop up from South America.

A Breitling Felsa always has the Breitling name on the rotor originally but parts get swapped over the years. The missing serial number is a concern and the two digit "54" on the back is strange but I've seen on other brands. The Felsa 693 looks correct. Here's a pic of the one I have in a 82 28 parts watch in my junk drawer from the same era and it does have a serial number on the caseback.

Like "Vintage" said, the dial is freshly repainted. It looks too new.
The case might be borrowed from another watch. First, it doesn't match the pushers, crown, hour markers etc. It is SS while anything else is yellow. It was very likely polished. That case was made before God was born. Just comparing it with the pushers and crown, it looks too clean for that age.

Did you buy the watch from Belgium or Holland?
Herbert is a non paying bidder living in Belgium. He might have put the watch together actually.
