yes , the numbers are outlined on the dial and filled with lume , when the lume is gone that is what the dial looks like btw the hands and sliderule do not belong to that dial & case |

I had never seen an all-Black Navitimer without lume before and was surprised at how accurate the Arabic indices on the Japan-only Navitimer Mecanique are in comparison.
