a lot doesn't add up here, the WOG marking looks recently? added and wrong for the "registration number" +59217 only correct for the earliest dials. quoting Joel Pynson from invenitetfecit: "....Chronomat de 1941 font référence sur leur cadran à un numéro 59217. Il s'agit sans doute d'un numéro de demande de brevet et non d'enregistrement car le brevet suisse 59217, qui date de 1911, ne concerne " dial might be authentic; movement and hands clearly not. |

Abouttime.ch had actually two of these movements. One with the odd dial and a second movement without a dial. The movement looked like the new edition ML36 of Maurice Lacroix MP7038-WG101-120 with Geneve strips. I don't think ever seen vintage Venus 175 with strips.
