Hello everyone, First of all, this is my first message here, so: Hi to everybody ![]() I'm a vintage watch collector based in Switzerland and am known on a french speaking forum (horlogerie-suisse.com) and am also a member on the Heuer "onthedash" platform. I'm creating this post because as a Breitling noob ![]() Is it original? Do you know which country it was built for (couldn't find any infos about these "coat of arms" while searching on google/wikipedia and there's no way for me to understand what's written on the dial ![]() Thank you very much, Have a great day, Best, Yuriae/Marc |

Hi and welcome As far as i can understand, seems like a present to " Al Ghabashi" written right under the Breitling. There under is written "Mecca" And the long sentence at the bottom says about " the United Arabia" If it is original or not, i do not know. Here are lots if knowledgeable people who will respond soon i guess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hi Philippe, I was quite sure that you were going to show up pretty fast on this vintage oriented breitling sub-forum ![]() Thanks Mortys for the translation. I was aware that the green flags and the swords probably had something to do with Saudi Arabia, but I couldn't find that particular printing/coat of arms on google or wikipedia, so thanks for confirming that! Best, Yuriae |
