Yes, it's 1956, and it's a beautiful watch indeed, and the dial layout is quite rare. It's impossible to say what it's worth, as at the end of the day it's worth what somebody is ready to pay, and it also very much depends on the selling platform (that is of course if you are interested in selling it at all), ebay is one price, and a dealer another. But one thing is for sure, the best thing you can do, is to keep it - as the early Navitimers are going up in value with the speed of light.
