might be a dumb question, however...I just picked up a cherry 1970's Breitling Bullhead 7101. So I am setting the time and date and could not figure out a way to set the date other than continuing to advance the time.

Is there an easier way to direct set the date?

sorry for the noob question.

no quickset for the Valjoux 7740
advance to about 12:30, go back to about 11:40, you'll hear a slight "click"; advance again.
better than 24 hours ;)
