My best guess since this is an early piece with no reference number. It has Breitling LTD hand engraved on the movement which is typical of some of the late 1930's to early 1940's pieces. 18K w/serial number 497xxx. Just got it back from a full service and new crystal. No 17mm straps in the strap drawer so have a temp 16mm on until new strap arrives.
