I am still looking for a Navitimer 806 but in reading the posts on the forum I find that there are many things to beware of and I don't want to make a mistake. The watch shown is a 1963 transition model with beaded bezel. My concerns are the missing lume and it looks like possibly an incorrect crystal as the subdial ring looks hard to read due to the curvature of the crystal. This may just be the picture. I don't see any other real faults but I am a real nooby when it comes to vintage Breitlings. Do the experts see anything else that causes concern? I know this is a rarer model, but what would be a fair price for the watch in this condition. Any help would be appreciated.

Missing Lume at 7, mediocre dial condition, wrong crystal, and replaced hour recorder hand. All easily fixable except for the dial/slide rule condition. Patina not too bad for the patina junkies out there... As the transitionals are rare. But missing Lume at 7 hurts the uniformity of it. This is the type of watch I wouldn't buy but perhaps others would. And definitely well under 3k
