Patient Zero, the first known example of the type XX / type twenty ,series of watches . This ref 765 avi predates the breguet by at least a year , released to the public in early 1953, 'Lucy' (as in the first Humanoid , but now for the type XX series) ? And why the pumpkin ? .. Just because ;)

still undecided which is the better name, as we have two Lucies, or Patients Zero.

slightly younger Digital Lucy, born after the family moved to Geneve and her Analog Lucy dizygotic twin.

actually think we'll stay with Lucy; Digital Patient Zero sounds idiotic.

Think the Analog 'looks better', but I would have the 'digital' if I could only have one, as it's more unique/interesting

as you like such details, John, the analog is wearing Digital Lucy's diapers, to stay with the analogies.

Lol, thanks Fred, quite surprising.

Was this the first time the 3 o'clock sub-dial had inner lume markings (as later seen on the 'Killy' )?

seen on Raquel, then Jean Claude.
first for Breitling, not aware of such subdial markings on other earlier pieces of other brands.

3 maybe 4 I have seen in the past 10-15 years ?

Unless Paul or Fred know more of these , but thats about all I can remember without the 'Geneve' on the dial , so pre mid 1953 Breitling move to Geneve

I like the picture of the two watches above Fred. For some reason it reminded me of Raquel Welch. 8)
