This is my first visit here so first a bit about me.
I have been collecting watches for 15 years or so and I have had a few Breitlings along the way including an all black rice bezel 806 Navitimer and I think it was an 809 Cosmonaute. These days my focus is mainly with vintage Omega although I do have a smattering of other brands including Zenith, Longines, Heuer and Breitling. I am most active these days on Omega Forums with the same user name as here.
A few years ago I was fortunate enough to stumble across this piece, a second gen Superocean 2005 chrono, in what I can only describe as exceptional condition. It looks to have hardly been worn and the case never touched. I´m here for two reasons, one to find out as much as I can about this model and the second reason is to ask an idea of value. (if that is permitted here) I´m having a re-organisation collecting wise and this is one that I may let go of in the short term.
As I said I´m a relative old hand in the vintage scene but this is one of those references that seems not too come around so often so it has been proving very tricky finding anything out.
