Hi all, Just wanted to share a quick photo of my first vintage Breitling, a Top Time 810, that just arrived a few minutes ago. I really like it in the metal, and am pleased with condition (can't gauge movement yet). Good looking, classic watch. I've focused mainly on Heuer, Zenith and Omega pieces in the past, but I think these 810's and the 765 AVI series are really great vintage pieces. Cheers, Jim Attachment: image1.JPG

Looks like the sweep is not resetting to 0... Might need an adjustment, might need a service. Worth having someone take a look inside and check to see if the oils look fresh or not. Wayne |

Wayne I definitely plan to have it checked out ASAP. The seller said it had been checked and lubricated by watchmaker, but not fully serviced. It had supposedly been sealed in a coffee can for years prior to being found by a family member of original owner, so it deserves a check up for sure. |
