I came across this 806 and was wondering how clean and new the dial and the hands are looking. The seller states that it is all original. Could someone please advise?

this is a superluminova service dial with new hands most likely it was 'restored' by either Horological svcs or Breitling themselves |

interesting orange tone to the red accents on the dial, have not seen this before, might be a new batch that went slightly wrong ? |

Is this watch from France? It strangely looks like one being currently for sale here, and restored by Breitling: http://cda.chronomania.net/forum_entry.php?id=130389 Even the strap seems to be similar. But red accents seem to be red on this one. |

watch from France is a standard panda service dial. |
