it is a Chronomat ref. 769, basically correct non-lume arabics dial and baton hands, but dial is very faded, watch was produced in the mid 1940s.

BUT: the rotating bezel is missing and has been replaced with a fixed one, so the watch value is massively reduced.

you can ask for anything - it will not sell at this price, although it is in much better condition than your watch.

Rotating bezel is the most difficult part to find for those early Chronomats . Seen a dozen of project Chronomat in the last 6 months, 1 from 3 missing rotating bezel and no spare bezel...
As Fred wrote, 6-800 $ would be a very good deal in this condition . The replacement bezel just allows to wear the watch as is but incorrect from the collector's point of view and brings NO additional value compared to missing bezel .
