I'm not new to watches, but I am to Breitlings. Been tinkering for a few years now and have started working on more interesting watches, including a few chronos. When I picked this 1191 up, it was in a fairly sorry state. A number of chrono parts were missing as were the pushers and a few other small parts. It is the Venus 188 movement so after a bit of hunting I found the replacements I needed. Still not happy with the pushers, they sit a bit to far out, but once I get a chance I will turn down some new rods to bring them in closer and age them. I am not a fan of OTT restos, and hope that this has been a sympathetic one. All I am waiting on now is a spring for the minute counter and it will be back to 100% operational
