I just had to pick this up when I saw it. 14K and I would guess from the mid 1950's.

It might be a pure custom piece as there's no way to know for sure. The movement is signed Breitling but no other markings on the case. It's not running so going off for a cleaning (balance good), The spring to keep the cover closed is weak. Not sure if that's fixable but it's not something that will get worn in any case. My wife has taken a fancy to it however.
