This seems like a pretty good deal... if the watch is authentic...
Just posting in case someone's interested :)

Hmmm, good question - think I'd like an asnwer too.

As Mod I can see a few things and his IP is in Amsterdam whereas the site is registered in US (MA to be precise), so let's give the benefit of the doubt. However, I'm a bit wary of any company where the main e-mail address on the home page is at UCLA (yes, that UCLA), so I'm out :!:

In terms of this watch, well the lack of a caseback, and by extension serial number, and proof that this is gold and not plate is a very big issue, and that alone makes the price too high in my opinion.

I don't like the chrono seconds hand, the movement is a Venus 175, and the Premier on the bridge is consistent with a gold one. Dial is OK, but I've seen plenty better.

My unexperienced eye just thought these breitlings looked pretty good for a reasonable price and wanted your opinion on them :)

We have a member with 2,000 posts in 4 months - I think you're OK

There are plenty of Chronomats around, especially if you aren't too picky on the year. These ones are the most common, but there are also black dials and moonphases.

Here's what's on Chrono24 right now (don't take this as an endorsement, i haven't studied any of these):

Thank you very much.. I had checked out chrono24 but hadn't seen all of these.
Although, i meant that exact one. The 1950 chronomat with the 6 and 12 in arabic numbers... I guess i'll have to keep looking for a few weeks and if nothing comes up i'll just buy another one..
